Ahmed Riad
Founder & Managing Director, LUXNATION Hospitality ConsultingAhmed Riad is a visionary, creative, and result-oriented sales strategist with over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality and tourism. He is recognized across the industry for his ability to design and lead innovative luxury sales programs, with a verifiable track record of contribution to company growth and expansion.
He spent over a decade in Dubai in above-property and regional sales roles overseeing the Middle East & Africa region. With the global rise of Middle East outbound travel, he consulted hundreds of hotels across MEA, Europe, Asia, and the Americas on market trends, pricing strategies, and sales planning.
Most recently, Ahmed led and launched the Luxury Global Sales Organization at Marriott International for the Middle East & Africa region — developing and executing sales and customer strategies, performance analysis, and project management at scale.
